Information for SELLERS:
1. "MY SALES". Here in "My sales" you can see the details of your tickets that you have placed for sale.
2. CHANGES IN YOUR SALES. In order to make changes in the details of your Sales, click the number of your Sale and after making changes
click the button "Save changes".
3. STOP YOUR SALES. In order to stop your Sale, click the number of your Sale, chose "0" (zero) in the line "Quantity of tickets" and click the button "Save changes".
4. DELETE YOUR SALES. In order to delete your Sale, click the number of your Sale and then click the button "Delete Sale". You can delete only that Sale in which you have no ticket sales. The Sale in which you have ticket sales can only be stopped (see chapter 3) but not deleted.
5. AFTER THE ORDER the Buyer will have 48 hours for payment. If the Buyer will NOT make a payment within the indicated term, your tickets will be returned on sale automatically.
6. AFTER THE PAYMENT of the Buyer you will see the address of delivery and a delivery form to fill in.
7. DISPATCH OF TICKETS. After you have dispatched tickets to the given address fill in the delivery form please and push the button "Save".
You will get payment from us next day after the event date. The exact date of payment you'll see below in a column Notes in "My Sales" right after you will dispatch the tickets and fill the delivery form.
